Okay, I’ve been there! Usually, that happens when the audio output isn’t correctly routed to the HDMI output. Check your sound settings in Windows (right-click the speaker icon in the system tray). Make sure the Philips LCD is selected as the output device. Sometimes restarting both the laptop and the TV helps too!
